LaveenClean Celebrates One Year Anniversary!

• LaveenClean was approved as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation by IRS March 11, 2022

• Since then we have completed following:

  • Adopted two miles of Phoenix Streets and cleaned these several times

  • Deployed several signs, including “Keep Laveen Clean” and “Don’t Trash Laveen” to raise awareness in our community

  • Supported major cleanup efforts at the 51st/Baseline shopping centers involving dozens of volunteers

  • Connected with Keep Phoenix Beautiful and Keep Tempe Beautiful for support and guidance

  • Raised nearly $2000 to fund trash collection materials, and signs and t-shirts to raise awareness

  • Exhibited at the Laveen Community BBQ in February 2023 to raise awareness and connect with like-minded people
