Chester Teaford
Executive Director
Chet moved with his family to Phoenix in 1987, following several years working in Alaska and the Caribbean, including in Dominica where he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer. He also worked out of the US Embassy in Bridgetown, Barbados, where he helped deliver infrastructure projects on English-speaking islands in the Eastern Caribbean. Chet is a trained civil engineer and since arriving in Phoenix has helped deliver infrastructure projects including projects on SR 51 Piestewa Freeway, other freeway and municipal projects in the Phoenix area and across Arizona, and in Mexico. Always interested in helping his community, and having a passion for reducing litter, Chet founded LaveenClean in early 2022, following his retirement in June 2021.

Trish Udell
Advisory Committee
Trish has taught, worked with, camped beside or roasted goats with people from over 50 countries. She pursued a degree in Education & ESL after living in the Middle East and has lived in Phoenix for 3 years where she enjoys teaching English to refugees for Friendly House. Trish loves camping, hiking, and spending time with her 6 children and 7 grandchildren. She cares about the environment, enjoys picking up trash, and is excited to serve on the board for Keep Laveen Clean.
Chezaray Wade

Chezaray Wade is the founder and owner of Evolve Dance & Fitness. She loves teaching kids dance and is passionate about encouragement towards a healthy and positive lifestyle, allowing them to grow as artists who can express how they feel and who they are. They also learn about life... to be kind, health conscious people who take good care of themselves, the people around them and the environment. Chezaray is happy to serve on the board of LaveenClean and help make a difference in the community!
